In 2011 I was given the opportunity to attend the Spike Awards held in Singapore with 14 other selected students from the Sydney Institute of TAFE.   During this trip we were infused with the knowledge acquired from visiting such advertising agencies LOWE and partners, JWT and Black Labs, media agency OMD and Nokia Asia headquarters before attending the award ceremony.   I was provided with the task of writing about this momentous endeavor.
